Seriously folks, there are so many ceramic bongs with very cool designs on them. Nothing looks better than having a few ceramic bongs with skull designs sitting on your table, just waiting to be smoked. Like glass bongs though, ceramic bongs are pretty fragile, so you have to be careful not to drop them. treat the bongs with respect and they will show you a good time. If you don't have a ceramic laying around the house, I definetly suggest you buy one.
How do ceramic bongs work? Basically you will the chamber half full with water, and then pack the bowl with your favorite herb. When ready, you light up the herb in the bowl, and at the same time, you start sucking from the mouthpiece. The smoke is cooled by the water from the ceramic bong, and then enters your lungs.
